1. Cancellation Fees
1- If you cancel your booking from 0 to 10 days before the date of arrival, 100% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
2- If you cancel 11 to 20 days before arrival, 70% of the booking amount will be charged.
3- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days before arrival, 30% of the booking amount will be charged (Wisdom Getaway) (Wisdom Getaway).
2. Refund Policy
1- Any refunds will only be processed after Wisdom Getaway has received the funds back from the suppliers. It’s important to note that partial refunds for flight tickets are generally not available if they have been partially used (Wisdom Getaway).
2- In addition to the cancellation fees, the standard terms and conditions of the suppliers will apply. This may include non-refundable deposits if you cancel your arrangements before the balance due date (Wisdom Getaway).
3. Changes and Amendments
1- Changes to travel arrangements are subject to availability and may incur additional fees from both Wisdom Getaway and the suppliers. Name changes on airline tickets are generally treated as cancellations, so standard cancellation fees and terms may apply (Wisdom Getaway)A booking is confirmed once a deposit of 25% of the total tour price has been received. Final payment is due 3 days before the commencement of the tour.
4. Supplier Changes
1- If there are significant changes from the supplier’s side, Wisdom Getaway will notify you promptly. You will have the option to accept the changes, choose alternative travel arrangements, or cancel and receive any applicable refunds (Wisdom Getaway).
