Arrival Jammu – Transfer to Katra
Our representative will pick you up from Jammu and proceed to Katra, located 43 km away. Check into the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan
Early morning after breakfast, proceed for Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan – one of India’s most revered pilgrimages situated in the Trikuta Mountains at an altitude of about 5,200 feet. The yatra involves a trek of nearly 12 km from the base camp at Katra (Ban Ganga). Alternatively, you may use ponies, palkis, or helicopter services. If time permits, visit Bhairon Temple. Return to Katra by evening and have a leisurely stay overnight.
Katra – Pahalgam
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Pahalgam, known as the “Valley of Shepherds.” The distance of about 200 km will be covered in approximately 7 hours. En route, pass through the Chenani–Nashri Tunnel (Asia’s longest road tunnel), Jawahar Tunnel, Banihal, and Ramban. On arrival in Pahalgam, enjoy the scenic surroundings or take a short walk to Baisaran (about 2 km) — a beautiful meadow surrounded by pine and fir forests. Later check into the hotel and relax overnight.
Pahalgam Local Sightseeing – Gulmarg
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Then explore the famous attractions of Pahalgam, including Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari, visited by local union cabs at your own cost. Later, travel to Gulmarg, a breathtaking hill station known for its lush green meadows, snow-draped peaks, and one of the highest golf courses in the world. In winter, Gulmarg transforms into a renowned ski destination. You may also enjoy the world-famous Gondola cable car ride (optional). Check into your Gulmarg hotel and relax for the night.
Gulmarg to Srinagar – Local Sightseeing
After breakfast,check out then proceed to Srinagar for a full day of sightseeing. Visit the magnificent Mughal Gardens, including Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Chashme Shahi, Botanical Garden, and the picturesque Pari Mahal. Later, visit the revered Shankaracharya Temple and the iconic Hazratbal Shrine, followed by a glimpse of Old Srinagar’s heritage charm. During the season, the Tulip Garden can also be explored (entry tickets extra).Later check into Hotel and relax overnight.
Srinagar – Sonmarg Excursion – Srinagar
After breakfast, proceed for a day trip to Sonmarg, located about 80 km from Srinagar and known for its breathtaking Himalayan peaks, glaciers, and meadows. In Sonmarg, you can visit Thajiwas Glacier, Baltal, Zero Point, and Zojila Pass (visits at your own cost). Optional activities include pony rides and river rafting at Nilagrad River.Later return to Srinagar in the evening, where a Shikara boat will transfer you smoothly to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Departure from Srinagar
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Srinagar and our representative will drop you at Srinagar Airport for your onward journey with memories.
