Booking and Payment Terms

Booking a holiday with Wisdom Getaway is straightforward and customer-friendly. Prospective travelers can initiate the process by contacting the agency directly through their website, email, or phone. Their team of travel experts is available around the clock to assist clients in planning and customizing their itineraries. Once a traveler has expressed interest, the company provides a detailed itinerary and quotation. Customers can make bookings by confirming their travel plans and making the necessary payments online or through direct contact with the agency (Wisdom Getaway)​ (Wisdom Getaway).

Consultation: Contact the agency through their website or via phone to discuss your travel preferences, destinations, and requirements.

Custom Itinerary: Based on your input, their team creates a personalized itinerary and provides a detailed quote.

Confirmation: Once you approve the itinerary and quote, confirm the booking by making a payment through their secure payment options.

Finalization: Receive confirmation details, including tickets, accommodations, and other arrangements, ensuring a hassle-free travel experience.

A booking is confirmed once a deposit of 25% of the total tour price has been received. Final payment is due 3 days before the commencement of the tour.

We accept payments through credit cards, bank transfers, and other online gateways. Additional charges for foreign exchange or transaction fees may apply for international payments.

Travel Itinerary and Amendments

We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen events. Any significant changes will be communicated promptly to the customers.

If you wish to make changes to your travel itinerary after booking, such as altering accommodation or tour dates, requests must be made in writing. We will accommodate changes based on availability, and any additional costs incurred will be charged to the customer.

Health and Safety

Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet the necessary health requirements to participate in the tour. This includes ensuring vaccinations or any medical precautions recommended for the travel destination are up to date.

Customers must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or special needs at the time of booking to allow appropriate preparations. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from certain activities, with no refunds provided.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay, change, or cancellation of services due to unforeseeable events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or any other event beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to provide alternative services but are not liable for additional costs incurred by the customer.

Traveler's Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. We advise against carrying valuables and recommend using safes at accommodations. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the trip.

Customers are expected to behave responsibly and comply with local laws and customs. We reserve the right to exclude any participant from the tour if their behavior is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or offensive to other participants or locals. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure all services provided are up to standard, our liability for any damages or losses arising from the tour is limited to the value of the booked tour. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, including, but not limited to, lost opportunities or additional costs incurred by the customer.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date will incur a fee of 10%.

Cancellations made 15-29 days before the tour will incur a 25% charge.

Cancellations made 7-14 days before the tour will incur a 50% charge.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour.

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, low booking numbers). In such cases, a full refund will be provided without any further liability.

Liability and Assumption of Risk

We act only as an agent in arranging travel services (transportation, accommodation, guides, etc.) and cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from services provided by third parties.

Customers acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks such as injury, illness, or loss of personal belongings. By booking a tour, customers agree to assume all such risks.

Changes and Amendments

Any changes to the booking (e.g., date changes) must be communicated in writing. We will accommodate requests based on availability, and additional fees may apply.

We reserve the right to modify the tour itinerary due to local conditions, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Such changes do not entitle customers to any refund.

Travel Documents

The customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and necessary visas for travel to India. We do not offer visa services.

All customers are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accidents, and trip cancellations.

Complaints and Disputes

Any issues during the tour should be raised with the tour guide or our representative. If unresolved, customers must submit written complaints within 14 days of the tour's completion

Any disputes arising from the terms and conditions will be governed by the Jurisdiction : Coimbatore/Tamil Nadu
